Production

We produce springs based on:

• our customer`s drawing documentation

• physical samples

Technological development is not a part of our system. However we often cooperate with our customers closely. In accordance to their needs we participate in the development of springs of required technological characteristics. Thanks to the combination of the customer`s ideas and our long-term experience we always find a convenient solution.

We produce wire and band springs. We also produce springs of complicated shapes that require manual work.

We use patented and stainless spring steel wire and non-alloyed and stainless band spring steel.

We use heat treatment to attain necessary mechanical characteristics of spring materials. We supply surface treatment in accordance to our customers` requirements.

We produce small as well as larger series.
